Car finance sales increase 'may occur at BIMS'
Female drivers may be inclined to pick up a competitive car finance deal at the British International Motor Show (BIMS).
According to the Finance & Leasing Association (FLA), there are more new vehicles being sold on buy now pay later deals than one year ago.
The firm also revealed a 49.3 per cent rise in new private car finance sales made between January and June 2008 at the point of sale.
It could be that a car finance deal has an effect on a car insurance deal, as female motorists may be able to find the extra cash to pay them.
"Motor dealerships can help by offering competitive finance packages to fit all pockets. They can often serve customers finding it difficult to raise money elsewhere," said FLA director general Stephen Sklaroff.
The BIMS runs this year from July 23rd to August 3rd at ExCeL London.
