Female motorists in the UK who pick up a Blue Lion range vehicle from Peugeot can make a number of savings, as well as become greener foxy lady drivers.

The line allows road users to cut costs without having to make a compromise about the size or type of model they drive.

Fuel consumption also falls in Blue Lion vehicles, to between 56 and 64mpg, with vehicle excuse duty dropping from £120 to £35.

It could be that such a deal results in cheaper female car insurance policies from female-friendly dealerships.

"Owning a Peugeot Blue Lion car is more than just saving money, it's a good investment. But sometimes, the most fuel efficient, environmentally friendly cars are only available in single models or are small city cars," said the automobile manufacturer.

This comes as Peugeot this week announced that it has developed its 50 millionth vehicle since 1891.
