Fiat announces prices for soft-top 500
Women drivers who are convinced we are in for a hot summer in the UK this year may want to check out the latest offering from Fiat.
The manufacturer has announced prices for the convertible version of its 500 city car will start at £11,300.
Due to be released in the summer, the model's bodywork will be available in 11 colours, including RaggaMuffin Red and Tech House Grey, while the roof comes in red, black or ivory.
Fiat said the vehicle is significantly cheaper than most soft-tops and represents great value for money.
Marketing director Elena Bernardelli commented: "It is a car for people who want to express themselves and demonstrate their own personality."
She added: "I am sure 500 C will make a host of enthusiastic new friends."
In other news, supermodel Jodie Kidd recently tried out the original version of the car when she became the first person in the UK to take the manufacturer's environmentally-focused test drive.
