Mini-marvel this autumn
Female drivers who are fans of the iconic British car - the Mini - can celebrate its 50th birthday in September.
To mark this event, Goodwood will welcome numerous Minis of all shapes and sizes at its annual Revival event between September 18th and 20th.
According to organisers, a tribute parade of 50 used Minis cars and Mini-based derivatives will do a lap of honour at the circuit every day.
"Expect to see unusual Minis on the track such as ice cream vans, Wildgoose camping cars and bizarre publicity machines" they say.
More well-known versions of the popular vehicle will be there - including the original 1959 Austin Seven and Morris Mini Minor, along with Coopers, Hornets and Elfs, vans and pick-up trucks.
"It promises to be a real spectacle not to be missed," the representatives added.
Another Mini party is taking place at Silverstone between May 22nd and May 24th.
