Red Nose Day auction may tempt women drivers
Female motorists who like to do their bit for charity may want to take part in a used car sale later this week.
Kia and British Car Auctions (BCA) have teamed up to organise a Red Nose Day event this Friday.
The manufacturer has supplied 20 second-hand motors that will go under the hammer at Measham auction centre.
Kia has carried out thorough car servicing on all the models, which have at least six months MOT left on them.
No reserves have been set, so all the vehicles will be sold to the highest bidder.
BCA national account manager Craig Purvey said: "Every penny from the hammer price will go to Comic Relief, so if you are looking for a bargain car, get down to Measham on Friday and get bidding."
The sale gets underway at 10:00 GMT.
