Volvo to show off its grand designs
Style-conscious female drivers may be impressed to hear Volvo is the official motoring sponsor of Grand Designs Live this year.
The event - which is due to take place from April 25th to May 4th at London's ExCeL - has been described by the manufacturer as "the UK's number one consumer show for design and innovation".
Volvo claimed this made it the perfect place to display its green DRIVe range and City Safety features.
Attendees will be able to see the group's C30 DRIVe model, which the company stated proves "great design and performance need not be sacrificed in an environmentally-conscious car".
Meanwhile, Volvo's City Safety technology is aimed at helping drivers avoid low-speed collisions.
If a vehicle fitted with the innovation is about to drive into the car in front, the brakes are applied automatically.
Earlier this month, Volvo bosses put a day of their time up for auction to help raise money for Comic Relief.
